PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY PURCHASING THE SUPEREXPANDER MASTERMIND PROGRAM (HEREINAFTER "THE PROGRAM"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE.

The terms and conditions set forth below ("Terms") apply to your purchase of the SuperExpander Mastermind Program. These Terms are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. By purchasing, accessing, and/or using the Program, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms.

2. Purchasing Terms

(a) Payment: You agree to pay the full price for the Program as listed at the time of purchase. Payment may be made in full at the time of purchase or in monthly installments, as specified at the time of purchase. If you choose a monthly payment plan, you agree to pay the full amount of the Program even if you stop participating or using the Program before completing all payments.

(b) Refunds: All purchases of the Program are final. There will be no refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Program, inability to participate in or complete the Program, or discontinuation of the Program by the provider.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials provided in the Program, including but not limited to the content, design, text, graphics, and other files, are the proprietary property of the SuperExpander. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS or visual design elements of the Program without express written permission from the SuperExpander.

4. Disclaimers

The Program is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SuperExpander makes no warranty or representation with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the Program.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will SuperExpander be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Program, any content on the Program, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Termination

SuperExpander may terminate your access to and use of the Program, at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the SuperExpander is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

BY PURCHASING THE PROGRAM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
